So we seem to be lacking the stamina to play our usual high tempo, high pressing way for 90 mins and as the season goes on this becomes more evident.
As shown by last night and countless other games as soon as we run out of steam we start dropping deeper and deeper and start making basic mistakes all over the pitch. Costing us games. It happened on 25 mins last night.
So what's the plan B when this eventually happens? We can't carry on throwing away results. The first team apart from Sharp, McGoldrick and Duffy are all under 30 and young. Money doesn't buy you stamina and concentration levels.
Any suggestions, idea folks?
