thats a massive turnover, and so far its looking like its got a chance to be an improvement
some players click some dont
CW has swiftly moved out players that never fitted in

the season to me is now full of promise with decent cover in every position

19 out and 16 in takes a lot of planning
For those who say he has no plan B this shows he's widening his options

6 of the “ins” are YT players but shows CW is balancing the squad. He said he wanted quality over quantity and he has that.

The list doesn’t show players like Blackman & Wilson leaving too.

But overall our wage budget for the season may have gone down? And net transfer spend be in the positive?

The fact of the matter is we haven't got the budget to compete with others, so Wilder has to be what some would call frugal, but I think that's a disservice to him and Knill. I think he's been shrewd and very good with the budget he's got. Yes he's spent a little, but nothing compared to what some of the other sides in this division can spend.

Egan, Norwood, Washington, Henderson, Woodburn, that's some incomings!

He has done well despite a very limited budget. We need a bit of luck with injuries but so does everybody.

I hope we get to see wilder properly backed in the future. Be some team he would build.

I applaud your efforts in compiling that list. But, it is very difficult to get a like with like in & out list. We tend to hear of Youngsters coming in - Zak Brunt, Harry Sheppeard, Nicksoen Gomes. But not so much about Youngsters leaving, in the sense of simply being released from the Academy. Not loaned. Not sold. Released.
Some of those incomings you list, I would classify as "Fringe Under 18 players".
You might also consider

Marcus Dewhurst, George Cantrill, Keenan Ferguson, Jordan Doherty, Oliver Greaves, Simeon Oure as "signings" as they all signed Pro in March 2018, which is "the window" for those signings.

Jordan Hallam is no longer out on loan. He's back with the U23s. Scored yesterday.
I'm not quibbling with your turnover list & point. But, lists are difficult where Academy Youngsters are concerned.

villa won't be far away in the end ,they're talking about throwing a bucket of cash at john terry again.
