Are we reading much into the numbers worn in the training ground pictures?

Some would appear correct....Stevens 3, Baldock 2 and Billy was wearing 10 and Bash 6 as per last year but Lavery was wearing 22 which means he could have lost the number 9 shirt which was being worn by Clarke whilst Ched wore 32.....

Freeman, Lafferty, Coutts etc will keep last season's numbers but will almost certainly be part of his starting 11.

I think Freeman will keep 18. He had 2 and then went to 18. When Brooks got player of the tournament he wore 18 and Freeman commented that it was the number that got it him (on Twitter or instagram) so I imagine he's grown to like it based on his great season last year. Some players are superstitious about numbers. Sharp for example wore 24 (his first blades number at Scunthorpe and back at United)
