Put into perspective how poor we were the other night and how right the manager was. Morgan and Bennett are not EPL centre backs and we never got near them. Its too easy for Kane.

Never mind Son being offside on the first pass what about the next phase when Son scores Kane is a good 2 yards offside when Son shoots. Yet they gave Kane not interferring with play. How they can give that decision is mindblowing. Goalie has Kane on the right in his eyeline right in front of him with Son on the ball shooting behind a defender. Linesmans flag never went up no one complained. If that would have been us, Sharp shooting, McBurnie where Kane was it would be offside guaranteed. Need to get a better angle later but you can see here shot from behind goal Kane clearly past the last defenders when Son shoots Goalie is this side to left of picture just out of shot.

Tottenham with a dominant performance there. Leicester really have done us this week!

Can only control our results though and that was poor midweek.

Son was is his own half so onside in any scenario, nothing wrong with it.

A side that has won the league in the past 5 years, with owners that want to break into the top 6........
It is ambition, not entitlement.

When you have the top scorer in the league, and the best defensive record with a back 4 before 4 injuries, you have to make top 4.

Bennett is the worst central defender in the league. Morgan is too old and too slow to play against a counter attacking team. Justin and Thomas look ‘alright’ going forward but are no where near premier league defenders yet.
This is exactly why I thought we’d give it a better go when we played them on Thursday. I’m still a bit perplexed as to what actually happened in that game... so unlike us!

To be fair Leicester have looked decent going forward. On another night if they’d have scored first who knows what might have happened.

Probably a bit much for them to get back into it now. You’d expect another Spurs goal on the counter.

Exactly why I said Blades were disappointing midweek.

Imagine taking Egan/JOC/Baldock/Stevens out of the side, that back 5 looks way different.
That's what happens when you lose Pereira/Soyuncu/Fuchs/Chilwell.

Rodgers doesn't adapt.
Losing 1-0 would not have been a bad result today, but hes as tactically naive as he was at liverpool.
 



Rodgers is one of the best managers around. Leicester are over rated which is what made our result against them even more frustrating. It also goes some way to explaining Wilder's pain and anguish after the loss. Today's performance is down to their team's inadequacies not those of Rodgers.

I dread to think! We notice the difference with just one of the central defenders missing.

Yeah we was really disappointing I couldn’t believe it tbh.
What with Leicester being so disappointing since Jan and having that many players out... I was expecting a result!

I expected to lose the last 3.

Our form since January has probably been affected since injuries.

But that's too easy an excuse for Rodgers.
If you have injuries that stop you playing the way you want you have to adapt, Rodgers is still playing far too open.
Caught on the counter away at Arsenal and Spurs is not something that should happen.

We haven't been in the playoffs in the past 5 years
And the owners after promotion wanted a top 5 finish within 3 years, he got that with the title win.

Now he wants top 4......

Again, don't mistake ambition with entitlement.
The top scorer in the league + the best defensive record pre injury crisis = Top 4 finish.
 
It does my head in how the officials deem what’s acceptable and what isn’t. How is Sánchez allowed to wrestle Evans down like that??

There’s a difference between ambition and trying to justify where you think you should finish based on past achievements.

I was referring to your earlier post where you cited that you had won the league in the last 5 years.

It’s absurd that you think having the top goal scorer in the league means you should be top 4. Danny Ings is second in the list.

You also now have a worse defensive record than us.

Brendan Rogers is categorically not the reason you might miss out on top 4.

Vardy is up there every season, and we're always solid at the back.

No, Rodgers doesnt get credit.
Like I say, hopefully the rumors going round are true.
Our owners are not fools.
