Respect for these two, the first two of 24 up Mam Nic (Road over Mam Tor). This was their hardest climb on their 240 mile bike ride from Newcastle to Everton, visiting all the grounds Gary called home in two days. (I'd just done the climb and it is a real B)

Today ride was from Barnsley, BDTBL, Bolton and on to Goodison. Which is some ride.

They are hoping to raise £65k for mental health charities. More details in the Yorkshire post link below.
