There is absolutely zero chance Arblaster is back in May.

Infact, he'll be pushing it to be fit for the start of next season with the amount of time he's been out.
Wilder said as much last week when asked about Blaster. No chance this season.

On the flip side, without Arblaster's injury Peck probably wouldn't have got the opportunity to develop the way he has this year. He got thrown into the deep end out of necessity and he took his chance.

Shows you that sometimes it's all about getting the opportunity. Brooks for example gets barely any opportunities right now because he has BBD and JRS in front of him.
Brooks would still have opportunities if his attitude was far better… and his application when he was on the pitch earlier in the season!!

Lad played about half a dozen ninety minutes in a row for the club when we were short on bodies
Bit of respect wouldn't go a miss

Is he injured again?

He started 6/7 games Nov-Jan then got injured and missed 4.

He came off the bench v Boro. Was unused at Luton, then played 20mins v Leeds.

Since then he's not made the squad in 4 games

A fully fit Tom Davies would be a starter alongside Souza.
He will never be fully fit his days as a footballer are numbered but as like a good few who have played for us we will keep paying their wages

He is injured which is hardly surprising given the amount oh minutes he was asked to do after coming back from three years out.

I have a similar injury to Arblaster. My specialist has said that he expects that I should be back playing sport 9 months after my ACL reconstruction. I am not a professional footballer and have to balance my rehab around work and family.

Blaster ruptured his injured on November 10th. He underwent an operation sometime around the end of November. Using the 9 month timeline I was given puts his return at the end of August but as a professional footballer he is able to spend several hours a day on rehab which will shorten the timeframe. I don't think a target of early preseason for a return to full action is unreasonable and the first game of 25/26 is definitely achievable for him.

Wilder said Arblaster wouldn’t play again this season no matter how much he wants to but should be ready to be involved in early pre-season in time to get a full pre-season under his belt.

Yeah, Playing sport in 9 months fine, but after a long term lay off like that, to get back up to full fitness after returning (especially for the level we will require him to be), he'll likely be playing u21s football again for a month or so on top of the 9months.

So you go on Google, and the first things you see are “journalism” from The Star and Football League World…

Do us a favour lads, before you decide to piss on our chips, can we not just enjoy the week for once?
