It might just be rich Yanks playing silly buggers with shell companies and little appreciation and or care about how it affects us. From the US court papers it seems the Defendants are 2 of our main/only owners who've allegedly fallen foul of an initial wanabee third. Those acting for him say our "owners" are both billionaires.
So, what's a puny 35 million quid - Prince's claim - and whatever the recent Claimant wants. We have at least 2 billionare owners (don'y know if that's UK or US "billion").

All that said, even if the money was stumped up, if you were a player or agent would you really want to be in the middle of this farrago? Might well explain the lack of any real movement in the window.

I am not sure they are both Billionaires, but will stand to be corrected if wrong.

It could be that they head up companies worth Billions.

Helmy is worth a lot, has made a lot and his share holding in one of his companies is worth 100's or millions. I am sure that if he wanted to, he could pay the Prince himself, but for whatever reason, that is not happening.

I just think because we’re close to the limit on SCR rules - we sadly need to sell Prck before we can spend on Souttar. So still possible nearer to the end of the window on 2nd Sep

I agree - but I think Leicester will massively break SCR rules again & will get another 6 pts deduction - bit probably think they will go up regardless.
