Everyone can clearly see we need strengthening at CB, so I’m certainly not against pushing the boat out to bring him in given we have all seen how good he was last time he was with us.

Leicester said £10m from the start to be fair to them. They've seen how fixated / desperate we are for him and they've held firm.
Fair play to them... not sure it's great from us. Quite telling that we were the only ones in for him, even when the numbers were more modest.

I presume it's something like £7m up front and £3m in further add-ons.
Genuinely, I thought £4m rising to £6m was about the number given his injury record but we're rolling the dice on him.

If he stays fit, he is a £10m player - sure... if he doesn't - and there's plenty to say it's unlikely - then we'll be adding this one to the Rhian Brewster and Tom Cannon collection.
