No dont remember that to be honest

But even so, not sure why you’d want a manager specifically to divide the fan base
I don’t want a manager to divide the fan base, just to annoy the idiots who consider things like football managers “woke”.

I also think he’s a decent manager and took England a lot further than most others have in recent times. He seems a but quiet and contemplative but I don’t consider standing on a table pissed and singing 🎶 sausage roll 🎶 about a rival manager to be acceptable behaviour.

This season s one if the reasons I'm worried if Wilder does go because I'd be skeptical that the board will get it right. We all thought Slav was a good choice and record wise he was but that was awful and there's far worse managers than him out there. There's also some good ones but we already have a good managed in charge!

Michael Carrick, Rob Edwards, Steven Gerrard, Southgate and Gary O'Neil are all available! That list worries me a lot!
O'Neil would be a really good manager. Edwards is the next Boro manager anyway but no.

Slav was not awful we bought in a 100m sprinter … chopped a leg off and asked him to compete at javelin…

It was still awful and with the exact team we finished in the play offs. So I take your position by re Slav and how he was shafted by the board but he still couldn't get the best out of the team.

O'Neil I'm not convinced on yet but I can see why you like him. He's still a very inexperienced manager.

Edwards is not confirmed at Boro yet but looks just a matter of time. Sean Dyche is by far the best candidate but not many seem to want him because of his stupid football but he gets results.

Irrespective Wilder deserves another season.

I'd say Dyche is possibly the best candidate to keep a promoted team with little money up. Very not pretty to watch though.

Which is what I’m saying … you bought in a rolls Royce and made him drive on a mud track
