This is the type of game where we should at least have a counter attacking threat but we've not had one attempted breakaway. We've sat deep and let them come on to us and most other teams would use this to their advantage at points.

The selection is the selection, probably fitness and injury related so it is what it is.

My main concern is that I can only work out one attacking pattern of play - try and clip it into a channel for Campbell to chase. Two main issues with this is that Campbell can’t be bothered to chase it and Harwood-Bellis has mopped everything up without breaking sweat.

The selection issues shouldn’t stop a manager seeing that approach just isn’t working and trying something different.
