It's one of those things that you know is futile, but you just can't help yourself, analysing each premier league game, checking the table to see how many points we are from 18th, how many points do we need, where will be get them, who do you want to win draw or lose every game that's played. I'm sure I could dig up a post I made before the season started where I said I thought the bottom half of the table would be very close this season with no obvious whipping boys. I always thought we'd be alright, although I never dreamed we'd have this many points or be 8th at this stage. You have to remember that all the teams below us are dropping points against each other so even if one goes on a run, it's to the detriment of another.

In summary..... it'll be rayt.
