To an extent. Yes.

I dont think we will be risking large transfer fees on a player who doesnt speak the language.

Mousset's (apparent) level of English would be considered the benchmark for any potential big money signing, IMO.

Berge is Norwegian, Zivkovic is Dutch and Retsos was born in South Africa - I'd (guesswork) imagine they all have a decent level of English.
