Not a word about the Blades !
How strange the rumours about the high paid s h i t e leaving BDTBL and the QUALITY players due to arrive must be b0110x again.
Oh well same owd.....................

Maybe its because there is such a mass of other clubs transfers to report? ;)

None as important as the mighty Blades............;)

Well there is nothing to report.

Although its not often any of our transfers get much of a mention on SSN.

There's none at all across the board :)

Even £100mil warchest Man City haven't been close to announcing a signing yet.

Still, it must just be us with "a lack of ambition" or something ;), I mean, the window has been open over 12 hours already!

Yes yer reight Foxy 12 hours aint long.........mind yer i've been waiting years for sum ambition at BDTBL........

I'll chat with yer when the window closes, think this window will be interesting and give a clear indication where the club is going.

Naughton i value him about £5million......lets see if he leaves and for how much.

Do you value him Foxy ?....if so how much ?

Mind yer remember SUFC never knowingly undersold ! :D
Buy em high sell um low !!!

I predict: The lad wanted to leave........... and the owd chestnut: we tried for one or two but for one reason or another bollox.

It's not just this window that will be interesting, but the next couple of years in football will have to see big changes IMO. Other than the likes of Man City, I can't see anyone shelling out on big fee's/wages without raising money via smaller sales/lower contracts first. It'll be interesting to see what happens with the TV money, what with the whole economic situation.

It could well be that those sensible in this window end up ultimately in a better position than those who "show ambition".

Could be a very quiet month!

I wouldn't sell him at anything less than £5million also. Then again I don't know our financial situation and/or plans. What we have to remember at the end of the day is, Kyle has made what? 20 championship appearances? he could either be a Phil Jagielka OR a Curtis Woodhouse/Wayne Quinn.

I don't think anyone at this stage will bid anywhere near £5mill for him, so ultimately I expect him to see out January still with the Blades.

At the same time, I'd be more than happy with £4/5mil for Paddy Kenny and he's been a long term fixture in both the championship/premiership.

Bang on the money there Foxy.
The credit crunch is going to have a big effect on over priced football.

These bankers and politicians have a lot to answer for !
FSA my arse !

Where has the money gone ?
