I disagree about commanding the area. Tracey's reading of the game and communication were as good as any keeper I've seen. He was more assured at dealing with crosses too. Both were very, very brave. Neither were that good at distribution (although, in fairness to Kelly, he had to learn to take goalkicks with left foot after he injured his right thigh)!
At one point we had Tracey (England B), Kelly (Ireland), Rees (Wales squad call up) and Leighton (Scotland) on our books at the same time. Not a bad GK roster!
