I've given him 3 stars from what I've seen, but has the potential to be a "5 star" player. He's big and strong (but not slow), decent in the air, got good feet but not being a defender myself, can't comment on his positioning sense or ability to read the game. He's made a couple of costly errors so far and also been a bit unlucky with the first goal v Southend.

I do like the look of him though and think he could become an important player for us.

If Wilder had gone to Charlton and these were his 12 signings, I am guessing a few of you would have tipped them to do well.

Try and look at this from out looking in. There is great potential in this team, maybe more than individually.

yep - he defo has promise - although the 2nd half v Oxford, he looked like a CH playing LB - suppose now the lad from Burnley has come in he can revert to CH. Jake Wright looked composed, so not sure what CW will do v Gills.

He made the difference coming on at half time v Oxford.

Showed a bit of bite which then rubbed off on others around him.

Plus he seems to know how to pass the ball which puts him head of shoulders ahead of most of our current defenders.

Special mention to young Jack today. Looked good in the tackle and brought the ball forward very well. A ball playing CB, wowsers, about time.
