we really were last season them cunts Barnsley were fucking bottom going into December and have showed us how to fucking do it. Can anyone imagine us ever doing such a thing? We went all season without coming back to win!!!!

Let's hope them at the helm of our club are going to give our manager the tools to let him manage us next season, but I'm not holding my breath.

Burton and Barnsley had all those "tools" and they've hardly got a pot to piss in. If it was all about money we'd have been out of this league years ago. But we've squandered our obvious financial advantage on "big time charlies" and "journeymen."
To get out of this league you need something between the ears. The club has lacked that from the top down over the last 5 seasons.

I wouldn't say punching above our " WEIGHT " LG 1 is piss poor, almost 2/3 of that league are/ were capable of promotion as not one team dominated, tbh our level over the past 25 years as been championship, we haven't been much of a success/ mid table/ flirting with relegation but the stats don't lie, it's always good to be a little fish in a big pond, rather than thinking a club as right to be in a league where it isn't due to fan base/ club size, because that counts for nothing if the 11 players on the pitch are turkey shit.

I wouldn't say punching above our " WEIGHT " LG 1 is piss poor, almost 2/3 of that league are/ were capable of promotion as not one team dominated, tbh our level over the past 25 years as been championship, we haven't been much of a success/ mid table/ flirting with relegation but the stats don't lie, it's always good to be a little fish in a big pond, rather than thinking a club as right to be in a league where it isn't due to fan base/ club size, because that counts for nothing if the 11 players on the pitch are turkey shit.

At the moment we deserve to be L1 but that will change we have no more 'right' to be in the Championship than any other club, I personally would be quite happy in the Championship as I hate the PLs money obsession with a passion. The majority of the 11 players we had on the pitch last season will no longer be here the new ones coming in will be an improvement, last season was a disaster the only way is up as far as Im concerned
Will you keep your loan players along with Winnall and Hourianne, I would think Hamill will stay

Hammill loves the club, before yesterday I would have said 50/50 now I believe/think he will stay, hourriane I'm not sure as his other half lives in the big smoke so depends on him and offers I think, winnall will stay, Brownhill will go to back to pne then move to bristol city, we have scowen who can do just as good a job as him, fletcher possibly back on loan but I reckon man utd would want around 3 million for him on a permanent move, Toney I will take back to nufc myself isgrove will go to a top 6 championship club I believe.

You may be right, but whilst we may or may not be struggling next season just remember it's not us who are starting our seventh season in the tin pot league, and as we may not pull up any trees next season I will prefer watching us play leeds / villa/ the toon than fleetwood/ shrewsbury and southend.

I wouldn't say you were abysmal that game tho, Sammon was wasteful and showed himself up as the donkey we all know he is, the players certainly mustered up enough a professional sense of pride to not suffer an FA Cup embarrasment and then beat Oldham before the trip to Old Trafford where they did show more backbone and heart unlike they have for the majority of Lg 1 games.

I hope we (Worcester) build up another side over this summer that can go on another Cup run to the 1st round at least and if we face another Lg 1 side give them a good run for their money, the gap between L1 and non league doesn't feel as big as it used to.
