I know feelings are running high but I'm genuinely shocked that nearly two thirds have gone for yes, really shows the strength of feeling.

I think we could have tolerated some losses but it's the manner of them which are so damning.

If he showed he was learning, or that the team was showing fight, or a discernible pattern of playing style. Something so that you can hang your hat on it. But there is nothing. What do people who want to give him a few more games think will happen in those games from the evidence so far? I'll answer. Nothing. The players look disinterested, lost, the manager the same, sometimes you cut your losses and decide it wasnt such a good idea after all. Id give him another match to see if thereis any sign of an improvement. Give him the transfer window. Poor next Saturday? Absolutely get rid.

We still have an excellent Championship squad/team. We are badly underachieving. Very badly.

Right time to change, wrong guy to change to. He looks so far out of his depth.
The players either aren't playing for him or haven't a clue what to do, either is a big cross against the manager (although the players are hardly covering themselves in glory)
I've just listened to Selles post mat h interview but if I'm honest I can't understand what he's trying to say. He speaks so fast for starters. His coaches are all English if course but whatever he's trying to achieve he's not getting the players to do what he wants.

We still look far to open to me out of possession.b

I honestly don't see how anybody can say three games is a fair crack of the whip.

I didn't think it was a good appointment, and it didn't enthuse me either, but three games.

I know I will get pelters for this, and he won't or shouldn't get too long, but man three games is not a lot.
I'm old school because I use mathematics, but 4 games are not 3. Just saying

I’m generally a happy clapper, I try to be optimistic and don’t really like to slag the team off, but outside of that first half at Bristol there’s very little to latch on to defend.

4 games does feel too early for me, but for 75 minutes today we were diabolical, and it feels like he’s making the same mistakes. There’s no way that midfield can start together again, and I’d be very worried if he persists with it, as it was obviously it wouldn’t work after Bristol. After 2 games people were being reactionary, but after 4 I think it’s a genuine question to ask, which maybe sums it up.

That starting 11 today other than Cannon on the right is a good championship team. We give Selles a go for a few more games because ‘it’s too early’ but then we end up 15 points behind the pack.

If I could see a pattern of what we’re trying to do I’d think it’s just bad luck, but over 4 games we’ve been good for about 45 minutes in total.

I've already stopped listening to him. I remember turning off from listening to Adkins fairly quickly too, as it dawned on me quickly that he was a charlatan who didn't have a clue. Sorry to say, this fella is starting to give me the same vibes. I hope he proves me wrong. Very quickly.

Yeah I think that it’s being asked by people in a non-kneejerk way maybe answers itself. For the record I think it’s very realistic we lose the next two, and then we’re in a relegation battle without something changing.

Maybe for me, but we lose the next two then I can’t see how he survives.

It’s an interesting point someone makes above that he needs to be out before the Wednesday game.

It shows how bad things are that I would be absolutely shitting myself going into a derby match under Selles.

Still don’t understand the appointment. We sack a bloke that would have more than likely mirrored last season if not gone one better and then employ someone who’s done, well nothing. I wouldn’t class avoiding relegation with Hull a success either. This lot is so Utd.

And they only avoided relegation because Luton had a mare on the last day.

'As it was obvious it wouldn't work after Bristol...'

That's the problem. You could see it. I could see it. 25,000 other blades could see it.... 3 games later (2 to be fair) the pillock in the dugout seemingly can't. Very worrying.

It's nothing to do with lack of recruitment and not been given money to spend. The players have no idea what they are doing, there doesn't seem to be a plan there's no tactics at all. If I could see and understand the way we wanted to play then I would say give it time, but it looks an absolute shambles with players running round like headless chickens.

If we go into the derby match with him as manager, last season's double will soon seem like a very distant dream.

We ‘had’ an excellent Championship team and manager. We’ve traded down on both. Weaker team, weaker management. We’ve lost an 92 point winning manager and taken a punt on a relative unknown. Then hung him out to dry with a weakened squad. Appalling stewardship from the CEO and owners.

I didn't want to direct people (as it I thought I could), the thing is if we lost three because of injuries/bad referring/missed penalties I think we could have stomached it.

The fact is performances have been dreadful as well so there's nothing to cling onto.
