Should United be watering the pitch

United seem to water the pitch at regular intervals before the match and at half time, regardless of how much rain we've had. We also regularly seem to have had more knee, ankle groin and hamstring injuries over the last couple of years. All of these types of injuries are more commonly incurred from slippy conditions.

Would it help if we left watering to natural means for a while? We're not going to be too dry according to the weather forecasters. This will actually save Mr McCabes cash too.
