To be fair I haven’t read any of the comments below..but I can imagine what is being said. I managed most of the match today before deciding I had wasted enough of my time watching and deciding to make mince pies.

However, I feel this afternoon like I haven’t felt for about four years. Frustrated with the performance, wondering why we are lumping it up for Ollie, not using our wing backs.......It was dire today, but if you think back to years gone by this is just typical United.
we went up to the Premiership two years after coming up from League One. We didn’t have the infrastructure or money to compete but last season we did, well at least until lockdown. We really are a team that feed off our fans. Yes, it does look like we will go down, hopefully by picking up some more points along the way but we will go down a stronger and richer club than when we went up.
I for one, want to keep Wilder. He has delivered so much over the last four years that at least that should count for something and to be honest who do you think could come in and take over?

So for those of you with short memories, this is how it has felt to be a United fan for over the 40 odd years I’ve been watching them. A few good seasons and performances...... but mostly frustration and ruined weekends.
Happy Christmas everyone.

It’s hard to look at the bright side when EVERY weekend is a ruined one at the moment.

And We know the side is a capable of better than the abject failure being served up at the moment. I’m not asking for 9th place again, relegation isn’t the end of the world and we have suffered misfortune injury wise and with no fans.

BUT I am asking better than 1 point out of a possible 45. I don’t think that’s unreasonable - a selection a crap sides year after year get to 30 points and manage some victories and a pretence of staying up.

Why are we suddenly playing like the worst side ever to play in the PL??

I’m not a bed wetter

I see one point from twelve games

I don’t see any improvements on the pitch, a gradual decline if anything.

I don’t see any improvements off the pitch, a gradual decline of anything.

I’m hoping this dip in form is about to end for the team and manager.

I don’t know what the answer is. I don’t think sacking Wilder is the answer.

But I don’t know what the answer is. I feel as low as I have done as a Blade as I have done in many a year. But I have felt worse, so that’s something.
