what’s wrong with some people on here? I just can’t get me head around the negativity what people are posting on here.No team in the world plays world class football week in week out winning 9-0 every week it just doesn’t happen. So hopefully another shit performance Friday against Hull and a 3-0 win UTB

We have absolutely everything going for us. We have every piece of the puzzle to go up.


But yeah, if it isn’t 8-0, is it even really a win 😫

Do you honestly think at the final whistle the manager thought, blimey we are so poor, wheels are going to fall off.

Or do you think he thought yes get in! Another great 3 points, we are steaming towards promotion, celebrated it good and proper…… then as the dust settles he will dissect the team performance and individual player performances and find out what and who needs to improve?

It is clearly the latter and is what most Blades are like. At the final whistle I was overjoyed at yet another great 3 points and the furthest thing on my mind would have been to come on here literally at the final whistle and slate us, no enjoyment or elation of another 3 points just doom and gloom straight away at the final whistle. Very very strange.

Now after a few hours of elation I can easily say I think a few players underperformed. But this happens, and it will happen again, but we are winning, it’s a results based business and that’s all that matters, so enjoy 3 points and league position.

What is disappointing is that a team that can play lovely football for 30 minutes end up unable to pass to their own players. It has happened now in so many matches, that it is worrying.
We are carried forward by flashes of brilliance in a league generally lacking quality.
Celebrate another win and our league position, but let’s not get carried away as to how good or bad we are.

Agreed, it’s ok playing 30 minutes of quality football in this division and managing to win games but the underlying problem is that if we do get promoted with this squad then playing 30 minutes of quality football in the Premiership will result in defeat most weeks.

If we do go up there needs to be a massive re-structuring of the squad and I’m not sure we have the resources to do that.
 



I watch a lot of other teams in the Championship. There are no really great teams, if you watch tv highlights programmes and judge on that you are getting a false view. We frequently look brilliant on these. Look at other forums and there aren’t many positive comments. Are we any good -yes Are we great - no In terms of getting promoted points are better than performance. But I feel we will ultimately start dropping point if we don’t improve performances We can’t just play for 20 minutes a game.

Some people want us to build a reasonably entertaining style of play like we had earlier in the season

Some people want to see this as criticism, firstly because of their lack of intelligence, and secondly because they like to bitch at people

They hunt around in packs slagging off anyone who views anything differently to them and using terms like. "Burnley 5-2 twat"
"Blackburn, hammered em twat"
"Reading, battered em twat"

Completely missing the point that we were playing quick, incisive, aggressive football at the time.

And now we're not,
But because some people can see that we're not, even though we are winning, it is still sacrilege to say it,

And I’ve not said we were good or bad btw, at this stage of the season it is irrelevant to me, it’s all about the result 👍

I used to dread coming on here when we lost but now it's the same when we've won full of simpering acne faced droop ons

Maybe we go up, come down and pocket millions, in order to re-structure ?
