Plymouth want to take veteran Sheffield United striker Neil Shipperley on loan, with a view to a permanent deal. (Daily Mirror)

So it would seem that after Ships helped us get to the Prem, we're going to do exactly what Palace did and hang him out to dry without giving him a chance :(

I honestly thought Warnock would've given him the opportunity to do it.

Thats life, well paid life in his case. I thought he was fantastic last year and I am suprised he is being allowed to go out on loan, although I think I heard a Warnock interview where he said it was so he could become match fit. of course he has a calf injury at the moment so gong nowhere I suspect.

Me too, considering how many goals he bagged for us last season and all that was said about how Palace treated him.
