Big news for Blades fans regarding transfers this Summer. James Beattie may well be out of the club in a move to Wigan for around £5 million. His replacement will be Jermaine Beckford from Leeds for around £3 million.

Luton Shelton has caught the eye of Rafa Benitez who plans to play him with Torres in the future. A fee of around £6 million has been discussed. Also, Benitez wants to further strengthen is squad with at least seven more central midfield players, candidates include Steve Sidwell, Scott Parker, Michael Brown, Wilson Palacios, Jermaine Jenas, Jimmy Bullard and James Harper.
