Need one welsh to win and one to lose this weekend in the Championship. And it's not Swansea to win.....come on Cardiff...

This is the first game of the season where I really could not care about the performance. Will take a disgusting underserved 1-0 win.

Really want those 3 points going into the tougher run - mainly for my anxiety.

Have we ever played two Welsh teams in a row?

If so, have we ever beaten two Welsh teams in a row?

Will we manage to score if Furious George is not in the team (he likes a goal against Swansea).
1983 we played Wrexham away on Feb 26th followed immediately by Newport County at home on March 1st, both in Division Three. Cardiff were also in the division that season and we played them 3 games earlier (so 3 Welsh teams in 5 games)

No this is Jebbisons last game of his suspension. Also could someone confirm how many United players tomorrow's ref has sent off in the last couple of seasons please?

Matt Donohue has sent off 3 blades in the last 2 seasons.

G-White vs Millwall and Goode vs B'burn last season.

Egan this season v Coventry on Boxing day.

Last 2 seasons he's been in charge of 6 Blades games in total with us having won the last 4 but lost the first 2.

This season plus last stats

56 games - 215 yellow (3.84 per game). 9 red of which only one this season. 3 guesses who that was 🤔

Cardiff v Blackburn last season his career best 10 yellows and 1 Red in a single game.

Thank you. So we upset Disney and get Mr Donoghue. Interesting

I’m really looking forward to this my friends.

I’ve loved football passionately for many many years but have only just decided to support a team- and yes you will all be pleased to learn that it’s Sheffield!

I’m going to sit in a hotel lounge and drink what all us locals drink, yes I shall be having a delicious shot of (checks research notes) Guinness.

And I shall eat some local delicacy (checks research notes again) a gallon of maggots followed by a greasy Yorkshire pudding with of course plenty of custard.

I predict 2-0 to us red and white warlocks!

Welcome aboard, when the goals fly in remember to tip someone's wheelchair over!

Can recommend the hot doggies - don't believe the reviews.

Starting today Every game for the next half dozen is ‘the biggest game of the season‘ after this six game run we shall have a good idea how the rest of the season to going to play out.

A bit of pressure on today, if we win we go into the Boro game with nice cushion on a double figure gap still between us, lose or draw and its likely to be 7 or 8 points and that is psychologically a very different gap.

be interesting to see if wrexham have done us a favour & we can harness some of the fire in the bellies that we had on tuesday. for swansea & particularly middlesborough. as it been while since ive seen it like that at the lane 2nd half. & this is the start of 9 games that will decide our season. come through this 8/9pts ahead of 3rd & we should be looking forward to PL football

Two tough home games coming up, 3 points from the two will be a good outcome.

That’s the kind of mindset that has resulted in us looking insipid , off the pace , not much energy and urgency .

In our position we should be playing with all the opposite of the above and tearing into teams - not looking like we are playing it safe

There is no reason to doubt the boys. Confidence is riding high and we’re on the cusp of new ownership - bodes well for next season in the Prem.

Blades for the win today.
Eagles for the win tomorrow.

Just wish we’d take the handbrake off and kill teams off when we’re on too. Instead we go 1 up concede then end up hanging on.
