First impressions are important.
He seems to have a grasp of what's needed and I feel he speaks openly & honestly.
He appears to be a positive personality and his record with our U21s is pretty darn good.
I doubt he'll be just a wallflower - if he disagrees with CW , I think he's got the bottle to tell him.
