Having lived in Hillsborough all my life, I’ve seen many a brawl involving Wednesday boys that never makes the press. Me and my brother once had to fend off 10 Wednesday muppets in the Riverside Pub knowing they had the numbers on two of us, managed to get away mostly unscathed. I know United have similar brainchild’s who bully when they have the numbers. I’ve always found that these so called ‘Top Boys’ always pick on the wrong one eventually, a la Billy Whitehurst flooring Wednesdays top boy. I think most of these would honestly shit themselves in a forest fight against Polish, German or Russian top boys. I find the whole hooligan scene fucking pathetic to be honest, do they actually think the clubs they are fighting for actually give a shit about them? I hate the phrase ‘grow up’ but fuck me do they need too.
