Blatantly ignoring thread rule but posting because of what a twat Blackwell was.

Last game of 2009/10 away at Ipswich. Meaningless game, Blackwell tells my mate's lad Nathaniel Foster in the week who'd been doing really well in the youth set-up that he's in the squad for his debut. All his family travel down, not cheap or close, yet despite the blades cruising and 3-0 up Blackwell ignored him and wouldn't even give Nath a couple of minutes at the end and only used 1 sub, think you could use 3 at the time. What a twat. Nath never did make his debut and drifted into local non-league.

Was it Blackwell that let him go? Seem to remember he was quite highly rated at the time.
