Looks like he actually does take set pieces, btw - corners at least. That will assist his rating that I referred to previously. It's another reason to want to sign him though as far as I'm concerned. It's quite a reasonable set of clauses really.

They had until the middle of the window to recall him and a 7-day-notice period if that's what they decided to do.
Protects Wednesday as it gives them time to find a replacement.

I would like another ideally - Souza is injured, Davies might well be if the rumours are correct (and likely will be sooner rather than later regardless) and Peck is being played more than we would like, too. Don't get me wrong I really rate Peck but he's being run into the ground a little. I also think Charles or Doyle might be more suitable to what we need that Hamer moving in there.

Hamer was much better on Saturday being on RW on his natural R foot.
I think O'Hare is better centrally , closer to the striker.

Seconded. Their team revolves around Bannan, close him down and they have nothing. Charles, I can’t see the hype but the caveat is Wednesday are a poor side so it might be a Berge type situation where he seems significantly better with better players around him.

Apart from to piss them lot off I can’t see what the fuss is, but happy to be proved wrong!

O'Hare's instinct seems to be to drift centrally too. The first Burnley goal was after he went hareing (pun not intended) across to close down a defender, and left Gilchrist exposed with two attackers down that side.

Agree….i was driving on Sunday and listened to the 1st half commentary on Talksport 2.
One of the commentators said that the Leeds midfield has been surprisingly poor in the 1st half.
They said Tanaka and Rothwell both almost always dominate midfield but said that the box to box athleticism of Shea Charles has stopped them from performing.

So it seems that Charles strength isn’t so much what he does when he has the ball……his strength is what he does without the ball.
These kind of players, at first glance, go under the radar.

I’d be surprised if Southampton do recall him this season.
Is he going to get a game there? And if he did play, surely it would effect his confidence losing every week.
Would imagine the Southampton plan is to make him available for loan in the Championship and send him to the highest bidder.
If there’s little interest then you would probably send him back to Sheff Wed but only if they pay a higher loan fee.

Most of their fans think he’s better than Bannan, if they think that then he must be a Zidane regen
