We have known this. He supported both the Blades and Newcastle when he was a boy and Shearer was always his big hero

Yep i stated this in a thread at the start of last season and got questioned on it......

Well he was in my year at school and i can 100% guarantee you that his first team was Newcastle most of the way through it. Not saying he didn't follow the Blades aswell but he always claimed to be a Newcastle fan and idolised Shearer

My only live memory of Shearer was a (1-2??) defeat at home to Blackburn in the 1993/94 season. He changed my view of him that day, never seen such a dirty whingeing bastard.

He was horrible as were most of his Blackburn team. I seem to remember Gallagher being a right wanker too and Bradders launching himself at one of them (Shearer?).

A mardy whingeing set of dirty bastards, managed by laugh-a-minute Kenny Daglish? Surely not...

(RE OP)
That's nowt me and the kid in the same street played one a side football across the road and we used to commentate on which player had the ball at the time. For some reason he used to like to be West Germany (he was English/Irish), after the one time he shot and shouted 'Rummenigge!' I always hoped Karl-Heinz was injured for successive meets.
