I was never a TS or Jordan fan but started listening a bit whilst WFH during Covid. In fairness I often find myself agreeing with SJ because he regularly tries to add balance and context to stuff rather polarised comments.

Only been told about todays show and not heard it myself but its a joke if either SJ or the local hack are justifying the headbutt because of it.

If its all fair and relative I'm only disappointed someone didn't go on and rupture Johnson's achilles.

Has anyone heard Simon Jordan on talksport? Talking a load of shit saying hes been told by a Forest fan mate of his that McBurnie and Sharp were abusing Forest fans and that contributed to the assault on Sharp.

Billy and Ollie need to get a replay of this programme and decide whether they need to get lawyers involved.

And here we have one of the contributing factors an issue which should spark universal condemnation in order to try and create of a safe work place for players is being used to generate show interaction by talking heads.

I’m sure he’ll get the interaction both he and his producer as seeking but he is in a way condoning an act of violence against a player which will then be parroted by those who see no issue with that type of behaviour.

I highly doubt Jordan actually believes there is any justification for physical violence against anyone in the work place if he does he’s a plonk. I’m sure he wouldn’t have held the opinion he is currently espousing if someone had climbed into the directors box and lamped him during his stint at Palace. What he is doing is irresponsible and dangerous however he’ll be the first and loudest one out there condemning it next time when it suits. I would urge everyone not to engage with him on this issue as that’s what this is designed to do but alas it won’t happen and the poisonous twat will continue to make a living starting fires and walking away.

They're more likely to give the higher end of the sentence if they've got previous convictions for like offences. If it's heard in Magistrates court then it would be 6 months, though I believe they can now give sentences of up to a year.

That's exactly what I think. Sets off running, drops his head, and simultaneously barges and headbutts Sharp. We've lost the concept of deterrence in this country, thast's the problem. There always has to be an "or else", and we've abolished that. The authorities have got to throw the book at this so-and-so pour decourager les autres, because we can't have the fences back at any price.

Of course it’s the minority that spoils it for the majority, but the authorities cannot tell who out of the whole crowd are the ones here to cause issues in the pubs and at the ground.
