You have a good point. If the first one wasn't such a close head shot there'd definitely be a shrug going off with those shoulders.
As for MK, I suspect he's trying to work out what his wage is rather than anything too complicated.

I have to shamefully admit the same thing to add further weight to your point but I said exactly the same thing the first time I saw him!

The Mrs was tutting and rolling her eyes at me but it was like looking at his double!

He looks more like Matt Kilgallon than Matt Kilgallon does!
