Relegation has the same effect on me.Wilder.
Hecky
Slav
Hecky
Wilder
Selles
Wilder
It as an absolute fucking joke.
If this is the vision of the owners, I hope it all goes tits up for them.
The sheer thought of wilder coming back is making me feel physically sick !

Slav got zero backing to build his teamAnd the two massive failures on that list are Slav and Selles.
Took a gamble on him, it didn't work, we move on.
Good luck to him.
I got really bored with 5 at the back towards the end but I’m really open to it now with these players (especially the defence). Still can play wingers if needed in a game by going 3-4-3. But I think we’d see the best out of Burrows and Seriki by allowing them to to get forward whilst having more coverWell reasoned but I see the argument predicated on a couple of things
1. the new manager following the same path as Selles
2. The current predicament is as down to the players and their attitudes towards Selles as it is Selles tactics.
Neither of those elements are true IMO.
If I were the new manager the first thing I’d do is to ensure we don’t concede. Just to get at least a point on the board. That would mean 5 at the back, with Burrows and Seriki as wing backs.
Then I’d play Soumare with Matos and Hamer in midfield.
With Campbell and Ings ( if fit) or One up top.
I’d put Mee in the back three to add some experience, probably with McG and of course Tanga.
I’d dispense with the gung-ho, weak pressing and weak wingers until we’d steadied the ship.
Any manager worth their salt will probably do very similar to begin with.
Given the Right Backs we've got available until Jan at least 3 Centre Backs with Burrows and Seriki at wing Backs makes the most sense.I got really bored with 5 at the back towards the end but I’m really open to it now with these players (especially the defence). At least Cannon scored a goal under Wilder, that’s a slight improvement. They're still frozen and are back in the team disguised as Tom Cannon, Andre Brooks, Louis Barry & Sam McCallum!
I don't think he gets another Championship job, but someone in L1 might still take him.He will need a hell of a lot of luck, because he's not managing in the UK any time soon after everybody has seen what he did here..
Quite right and also tell him he will be given due consideration for the DoF roleThis is what they should have done prior to his dismissal. Explain to Wilder this is the direction we want to go(DOF-Coach). And we need you to part of that strategy/process for the next 12 months. And, here’s a golden handshake for doing so.

I agree totally.I don’t want Wilder back, he’s a busted flush here, the thought process of this board so far has been fucking atrocious!

Mousinho.. yet we ended up with Wilder. EmbarrassingSelles is upset and hurt, he was given a verbal assurance he’d get at least The Charlton and Oxford games during the International break but a combination of the second half surrender to Ipswich and a player revolt lead to this.
Board was split on whether to re-appoint Wilder or look at other targets but have decided they need someone in to hit the ground running, rather than go through a 2 week interview process. Other names being seriously considered were John Mousinho and Steven Gerrard.
Wilder in the steady the ship/keep us up whilst the board hopefully put plans in place. CW to DoF, Mousinho head coach in the summerMousinho.. yet we ended up with Wilder. Embarrassing
Mousinho should have been who we went for in the summer. Appointing Selles has turned out to be a huge mistake, and the way it appears it is being dealt with will set the club back and ensure the fans continue to be polarised and divided for a good while to come.Selles is upset and hurt, he was given a verbal assurance he’d get at least The Charlton and Oxford games during the International break but a combination of the second half surrender to Ipswich and a player revolt lead to this.
