Thanks for paying close attention to my posting. Genuinely humbled by that. Maybe getting so wound up and agitated as you clearly are, is the pathetic thing here though?

Back on topic..,How am i losing an argument? Just because your assertion that because it works with arguably the greatest tactical manager of the past 20 years, at the richest club in the world - then we should mirror their infrastructures and processes here?!?!?!

I can't even begin to engage with such a ridiculous counter argument.

I can see it now. Instagram video of the managers office door. It opens, and Wilder appears with a big beaming smile.

Rinse and repeat until he’s got a zimmer frame.

Alleluia someone on the same page as I've been saying for months. The club will not move forward whilst Bettis is running the show. He came out publicly against a Director of Football last year under the previous owner and we still don't have a DoF now under the new owners. With the new owners wanting a change of direction it was an ideal time to bring in an experienced DoF and put in a "modern" structure and clear strategies just like the vast majority of clubs in the UK and Europe have had for years. It's the old story of some people having power and not being able to relinquish any of it. Putting Bettis on the board has made his "power trip" even more powerful.

Bringing Cannon on was entirely Selles decision. Cannon has no positional awareness, no movement and a touch like Fred West. He is slow in deed and thought and until his performances improve, he shouldn’t be anywhere near the first team.

And Campbell yesterday and previous games was virtually non existent.
So he swapped one bad forward or the other bad forward, what else could he have done.
 

Warnock in as DOF, that would stir the pot.

I don’t know, maybe brought Danny Ings on, there was only 25 mins, or so left. I’m sure he could have managed that and to that point, when he did eventually bring him on with 10 minutes left, he had more creative moments than Cannon has accrued in the entirety of last two games. He even managed a shot on goal!!!!

I will agree with you about Campbell though, he looks like a mardy kid whose been told he can’t have an ice cream, barely broke into a trot all game and was moving like he’d had every vertebrae in his lower spine fused together.

All very depressing when you think about our attacking options really.

campbell has shown no interest all season but do think hes frustrated at the lack of support i think a front 2 of him and ings could be very productive but first selles if hes here long enough has to admit hes got it wrong and change the system which clearly isnt working we should go 3412 thats the set up that suits the players in our squad
 
Surely it's daft to sack him before the window closes? I want him gone eventually but I also want a few players in.
