NB Don’t think ‘online’ is an option - certainly not from Email sent out by club - phone / in person o only ?
 
600 tries and no connection. Hope this isn't another ticket office balls up. They should answer calls. Not everyone can travel and we are all season ticket holders trying after all, not general public trying to skip in.

It must be a joy to work in the ticket office with all the cheerful souls they have to deal with. What was their original balls up? If you look really closely in the season ticket terms and conditions you'll find fuck all about preferential treatment in a phone queue for those of us that have them. People are getting through eventually, show some patience.

Joined a large queue at 8.45am.Office opened at 9.
Took until 10 to get inside found only two windows open. The lady i saw was very efficient and knowledgeable gave me options and i was sorted inside ten minutes, new season cards to be sent out.
It's hardly fair to the staff who are at the windows they are doing their best however where is the support for them? You can imagine some punters getting irate as i would guess the people at the back of the queue had at least another hours wait and it is now raining. No obvious security on hand in case of temper tantrums either.

Stop fishing, dont you read the forum. Giving 3000+ tickets to them, they could have given them 2000 and closed a large part of the upper. Then let all season ticket holders have a chance of the seats they are used to sitting in for a start.

Got to Lane at 9.10am got to desk 10.25am. Pleasant enough morning chatting to a couple of fellow blades..just made sheltered part in queue when showers started😉. Young girls on desks pleasant and polite..so anybody giving them grief give your heads a wobble😠. Gave up 2 very decent seats on SS, seats T 140/141 as granddaughter wants to come with us next season so needed 3 seats together...got 3 seats together but have to go back Thursday to buy the middle seat😉. To the blade whose a cameraman for Sky..hope you got your John Street tkts sorted pal.

I’m OK with current seats on South Stand between Gangway A & B and surrounded by a decent set of folk too.
Might get a bit nearer the half-way line though no ideas what the new neighbours would be like…..
Stick or twist? Probably end up sticking as not got time to keep calling.

Anyone had success changing ST seat online yet , 9.30 now , if so how did you do it ?

Phone line has been busy, not even getting connected, for the last 40 minutes. Has anyone manage to get through?
I went down about 7:55, about 30 already queuing. Took about 45mins by time they opened. 2 on phones 2 on windows. Managed to change what I wanted as near to bringing my grandsons seat 9 seats closer to our 3. I’ve moved to the odd seat so grandson is sat with his dad and uncle. That’ll do for next few years until he starts getting to big to sit on out knee. When that time I’ll sit separate or die before then.

By time I got our of ticket office queue was past shop.

Really good seats, nice people around there too, away fans a bit annoying especially when they equalise/win it in injury time and spill on pitch🙄. Seats are 1 row down from exit and are roughly halfway between halfway line and edge of area.

They can only answer calls when individuals are free. Suddenly employing extra staff does not make sense.
 
I really can't understand why you cannot do this online where it is so much easier to see what seats are available if you want a change, poor from the ticket office yet again.
It`s not as if they cash in on premium rate calls , any more .

Or even just a plan to show what is available. Would have cut down on incoming calls, possibly just to enquire if a particular seat is available or not.

Maybe there's still a long physical queue that agents are dealing with so they can get off at a reasonable time? Either that, or there's a long enough queueing time on the phone that your call wouldn't get answered before they shut? If you want to be kept on hold for 18 minutes then disconnected then that's your choice I guess
