My daughter went down at 10.15 this morning n the que was past the shop took her 2 1/2 hours to get to the window but managed to get our seats changed . Only 2 windows open n 2 for the phones . Staff were fantastic and helpfull just not enough of them with the que outside . Its not there fault so please be patient with them . Ticket office management on the other hand need to get this sorted and help their staff so frustrations dont boil over . Get this sorted .
