Seat change

All advertisments are hidden for logged in members, why not log in/register?

My daughter went down at 10.15 this morning n the que was past the shop took her 2 1/2 hours to get to the window but managed to get our seats changed . Only 2 windows open n 2 for the phones . Staff were fantastic and helpfull just not enough of them with the que outside . Its not there fault so please be patient with them . Ticket office management on the other hand need to get this sorted and help their staff so frustrations dont boil over . Get this sorted .

It's to do with seat allocation, the website would struggle, if 50 people were all trying to buy the same seat at the same time.
Plus, that's 4 people working and getting paid, rather than a computer doing it.

Not really, the seat can be held when someone clicks it.
 
I spent two hours this morning attempting on the phone and hadn't got through so decided to drive down from west Yorkshire. As everyone else has said, was fine once in at a desk but spent another 2 hours (plus an hour drive plus petrol!) to get that far. But got the seats I wanted in the end so all good eventually.
 
Queued outside with another fella and passed away the time from about 9:10 until 10:30, as we were of a certain age where we both regretted having an extra coffee before queuing up, as we resorted to Dad dancing to try and stem the much needed toilet stop. All the while calling to try and get through to the ticket office (250+ Calls between us), both eventually got what we wanted when we got inside the ticket office and as an extra bonus, neither weweed ourselves (well I don’t think I did)

Two days to sort this isn’t great when you having to work down in Nottingham of all places.

Why not a week so I can pop Saturday morning.

I was in Sheffield today so thought I'd pop in. I couldn't get through on the phone yesterday.

Lady in the ticket office couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.
