if Scunthorpe get a win at Peterborough on Tuesday maybe there going to be sticking around longer than most are giving them credit for. A real test for them.

Don't think they will lose with present form, 1 or 3 points in my eyes.

December will be their big test. Rochdale, Bradford and Bolton, all away with Millwall at home.

If they get 7 points from that lot they will probably hang onto first place, probably...

If they only get 7 pts from 12 I doubt they'll still be top.

They are 6 points clear at the minute so assuming they keep winning in November then 7 points from 12 in December would still leave them in good shape. We would have to win our game in hand and barely drop any points over December to overtake them I reckon although we do have easier fixtures and it's not to say we won't catch them later in the season, maybe.

They're a one man team. Sorry but they are. Not saying they're not very good but Morris makes them tick.

I think sCUNTs will lose...'all abaht opinions'

To put it simply, if we win all our remaining fixtures then we get promoted. Hell of a long way to go but after today we're no longer just the form team chasing the top few. We've climbed above Bolton and Bradford with a game in hand. No need to worry about what anyone else does as long as we keep doing what we're doing.

Numerous ups and downs lay ahead for Scunny this season. Unfortunately the same applies to us, and it's all about getting more ups then downs compared to the the rest.

It's simple really, move over Chris. ;)

Yeah right, it's the same with us, we've only got Billy and the rest are crap.

Never said their other players are crap but it seems Morris is their talisman. If they sell him in January, I don't think they'll finish top two. They might still get play offs though.

They are 6 points ahead of us but we do have a home game in hand and have all our hardest away trips behind us. Scunny will lose games as will we but I dont mind whos up there so long as we are. If we can maintain 1st or 2nd thats all that matters

I just have a feeling they will run out of steam.

Don't forget they have to come to BDTBL as well.

If scunny continue their current form they will get 102 points and all youcan say to that is fair play....

All we can do is concentrate on us. Worth noting on the last 11 games we've taken 3 points more than them. We are essentially working Off the poor start to the season still.

Bolton are a concern tho imo

Scunthorpe haven't had their "wobble" yet, which I believe will occur once injuries and suspensions catch up with them, and that us when we need to pick up points. I feel our wobble is out of the way already and we have enough depth to the squad to maintain our unbeaten run.

My major concern is Scunny's defensive record- only 16 conceded in 18 games which deserves huge credit alongside Morris' goals.

People write Scunny off but they finished last season brilliantly and have carried it on this season. They're a good side at this level

Yep they have queitly built long term and not sold, hey (cough) McCabe!

Fuck scunny

Fuck Bolton

Fuck Bradford

Fuck everyone else .

After todays Game we need to focus on us and us only .

Getting out of this league is going to be tough and it's going to be even tougher now there's no Duffy or Coutts or freeman

After today we will struggle to make the play offs playing like we did and picking up Injuries in the manner that we have today

Things are about to get very sticky ..... let's concentrate on us ..... Fuck the rest .

Let's just concentrate on winning and other teams will drop points here and there. Bolton last week, Bradford this, Scunny Tuesday?
Fingers crossed but it means nowt unless we keep performing

Need them to start losing a bit of confidence, starting on Tuesday at Peterboro.

Scoreboard pressure
Keep winning and they will start to feel it
We need to just concentrate on ourselves
Their players and management have never really been in this position before and that will be key

Cant see them holding onto Josh Morris come the JTW

I'd normally think that. They will be in a strong position given that they only signed him in the summer.

Lot of Bradford fans are gutted he went because he didn't suit parkinsons formation but would have been a good fit for McCalls side.

Trips to Peterborough, Bradford and Bolton in their next six games, with a visiting Millwall sandwiched in between. I expect they'll drop some points.
