7.30 train back from Hull on Monday ... Santa lookalike was giving us choir lessons , can't get the tune out of my head , and can't find any footage?.... It Started , it's 1889 , a date enshrined in time ..... Then my poor memory kicks in .... Can anyone help ? others there singing about 10 Chris Bashams , and didn't know Leon had a dog ...

Was on same train sounds like same carriage and probably the one shouting at Santa to give us a song. Think it went like this (can’t see it catching on but was a good laugh!)

1889,
A date that’s etched in time,
The Blades were born and they went straight to our hearts,
The people were right,
To follow our side (sight?),
The City of Sheffield is all Red and White
(Tune - Sloop John B)

Leon went to Leeds
Went to Leeds and beat ‘em
Leon and his Supersonic Sausage Dog
With a Blades Tattoo on it’s knob
Went to Leeds and beat ‘em
