Where on earth is he going to play? For a big lad i thought he was a bit nesh in the tackle. Today he was in his preffered position and if that's true then i'm sorry but he doesn't do it for me. Chris has a big problem with this lad.

You written him off then?

When he's involved he looks class, nessed a challenge at the end, but my issue with him he lets players run past him without tracking back.Hopefully he'll learn cause there is quality there.imho

Best player on the park for us in the first half. Muscling their lads off the ball & retaining possession really well. Aside from that, yeah... terrible I guess. Get rid.

Think he had a good first half, several times showing what he does better than Norwood, i.e. covering space, making more interceptions and generally being stronger defensively. But Norwood is a better playmaker, gets more involved and can dictate games if he's given some time on the ball.

When Berge is played in the central role we need more players who love having the ball, players with confidence, composure and creativity. Swift may be one such player, but there will have to be more.

As I've said since day 1, he is clearly a very good player and will only get better.

He's predictably a victim of his price tag. If he was called Sandy McBruce from Scotland costing 500 quid and some haggis offcuts everyone would be talking about his 'potential.

Forget what he cost, watch what he does, see what he has which others don't (Norwood in particular) and have some faith. It'll be worth it!

Weird thread to start, hes arguably looked our best midfielder lately.

He always looks comfortable on the ball. To look great though you really need some players around you. Making the good runs, playing the good one twos, etc. Without that what can you do really.

Id rather have him on the ball than any other of our midfield.

I still think he may slot in to Bashams spot. That is when Bash decides to hang up his boots. Not sure he would want to like but he’s big, wins a header and can overload down the right

I think he was great in the 1st half, faded a little second but then again didn't everyone?

Have faith in CWAK, all will become clear next season.

I totally agree.
The pass in the first half for the chance Billy should have buried was real class

He looked excellent in the first half. Faded like the rest in the second.

He was the second coming of Christ a few weeks ago now he’s getting written off again 😂

Joke of a fanbase
Whatchoo on about, you've only been here two minutes, an you're callin shots on who can say what's what.
Joker supreme.

Really? I mean REALLY?

Can you justify that please?

I expect him to find one of our players (rather than just drilling it forwards) more than i do any of the others. Maybe aside Norwood, but i think Berge is more forward facing and thinking.

Seems you dont. Of the two, id say mine is a more defensible stance tbh.

How about using Berge in Norwood place and try Norwood in Lunny’s place? I know but it’s just a thought bearing in mind just how out of sorts Lunny is (irrespective of scoring today)?
