If it came to that.. I'd be more than happy.Someone on twitter (yeah I know, sorry) says he wouldn't come until their season ends though.
We could sign him now but not to actually join us until the summer.
Sounds odd.
Just make sure he wears a parachute if he signs.
what, to soon?
"Platform-tracker" is cheaper!Let me know when we're at the 'Flight-tracker' stage.
If that is a joke about what i think it is, then definitely not funny and you should delete this.
If it's not, i don't have a clue what you're on about.
I'm assuming no one on here studies the Belgian Leagues.
It's been over a year, allow it fam.
That could get me more excited to be fair.An unwarranted assumption. There are several posters on the forum--some of whom are active in this thread--who follow Belgian football pretty closely, given that it's widely seen as one of the most exciting production lines for young talent in Europe.
For what it's worth, I'm not one of the people who follows Belgian football closely, but even I had heard plenty about Berge before this.
Bergen Blade - would I be right in saying that his name is pronounced "Berger" ?
I think it's actually Be-rug-er but us Brits could never say that.![]()
I'm not been funny here, but how does anyone know he's any good? He sounds like a world beater from what people are saying so I'm just curious having maybe not followed world football as keenly as others on here.
Have people seen him play in the Champions League or Internationals? Read reports in the paper? Are there some YouTube vids kicking about? Is it because he's been linked with huge clubs? I'm assuming no one on here studies the Belgian Leagues.
I need to know the answers to the before I can get excited, please. Anyone?
‘Twas I that tweeted the question, then missed the bloody segment on the radio! The Europe’s Football expert (think it was Andy Brassell) has just been on Talksport talking about January transfers.
They read out an email from a SU fan asking him on his opinion on Sandor Berge.
He replied “he’s a good player and said his co presenter on their weekly Euro football show always raves about him”.
Said “he’s a goal scoring midfielder so would enjoy himself playing for Sheffield United.”
Regards the deal happening he explained that
“most European clubs have little choice to sell their best players in order to financially survive”.
However said that Genk have recently brought in funds by selling..eg Samata to Aston Villa
So he suggested that if Sheff United want him then they’d need to meet the Genk asking price.
Said Genk are currently under no serious pressure to sell again In this window.
If this comes off.. I'm going to be having the most aggressive powerwank known to mankind.
I'd do that.. but I've already got "your name" so I'll have to settle on a 24 hour powerwankathon.I’ll get Prince Abdullah bin Musa’ad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud tattooed on my arse.
He's very erect isn't he, uses all his size ?As much as anything he'd just be a great player to watch.
There's something about those tall, elegant midfielders that is highly arousing....
