That shit got old fastI wish we'd never signed him because it's inspired countless oh-so-sidesplitting piss references which are probably due to run for the next 5 years.
Got a kick on the knee, will be scanned on Monday, but from all accounts he was able to limp offI've been a lazy bastard and not read the thread.
How long is he out for please anyone?
Gutted he got injured.

It will be a scan to check on any bone zdamage lots of soft tissue round the knee so bruising will be severe and painful best to check it out.Wilder's described it as a 'whack' on his knee.
A whack directly to the knee suggests the dreaded ACL injury is unlikely. The fact he walked off suggests the same.
Generally I'd much rather be hearing about an impact injury than a non impact/twisting sort of thing.
bell endWhen he signed, I said it was a bad signing because he was injury prone.
Then I got shouted down, for not knowing my facts, and then today he goes and gets injured.
As he apparently cost a lot of money, I think this is bad business, but it hasn't seemed to affect our form, so I'm all happy.
UTB!!!
Have a great day
Nonsense OP.
No injury record to speak of previously.

He went off because Wilder is smart and there was no point risking him being 4-1 up.
You forgot to mention everyone's new favourite "Where u herd dis pal?".It'll get much older believe me.
It'll be there with the tiresome 'fax-machine' and 'Simonsens penalty' jokes for a long time.

Unfortunately he picked a calf strain up and will never play again.A quality player and good signing. Any news on what the injury is?
And he is still only 23 ,a bit like my girlfriend , [ Harry Enfield style ]]Yes 38 games two seasons ago, 43 last season and already 29 games this season.
How the fuck will we cope with an injury record like that ?
I wouldn't be so confident - you could tell his was in distress straight after the tackle and I thought CW looked concerned when he spoke about him.
Yes, it is generally positive that he tried to run it off but that doesn't mean it's not a serious injury - remember when Brayford played on until half-time v Swindon?
Here's hoping from a positive result from his scan. The small consolation if it's not is the O'Shea link, who would also be able to cover/rival Duffy for the 10 position.
I didn't like the look it if I'm honest he was stood on touchline quite a while before he could go off no more attempts to enter into the fray,I will be relieved if it's found to be not serious, dunno if it's the blade coming out in me waiting for the kick in the teeth but I'm not confident
Fitted in seamlessly when he came on replacing Duffy,I was worried when Duffy went off I quoted the charlton game where we ran the show till he went off and it let them back in the game,no such worries yesterday,Samir will be a good signing
