If he can play regularly in L2 at centre half at his age I suggest we've got a good prospect on our hands.

Peter Clarke and Anthony Gerrard are both there too - a couple of great ones for him to learn from.

Wouldn’t call him a back up option. He’s still got an awful lot to learn hence a loan spell at a decent league two club. All part of his education

Joking aside, had the other guy not jumped that would have almost certainly broken his leg. Plenty on here were ready to lynch Marvin Sordell last season for a tackled which, although nasty, seemed much less calculated than that one.
