That bloke who said he was shite and would send him back to the Lane looks pretty stupid now. As do those Blades fans who lapped it up.
Notably, not a single person reacted to (lapped up?) the post saying he was crap and to send him back.
It may even have been a tongue in cheek post along the lines of Ndiaye being rubbish in the vain hope saying that on a fan forum might get Marseille to not bother with him.

Good to see him doing well out on loan, hopefully we can get the likes of Onè and Marsh (maybe Peck if we can get cover) out on loan before the window shuts.

Wonder how Freckleton is getting on at Swindon as well.

When you read the comments from Peterborough fans it makes you wonder whether Seriki, Peck, Marsh & One wouldn't all be better served having (at least) six months in League 1/2.
It did Arblaster the world of good.

Means making at least a few more signings though.
Absolutely this. Marsh and One were outstanding last season for the development team, Peck was also good. But the development game is on par with higher end National League standard and lower end League Two standard. To step up from that standard to the Championship is a big ask.

Marsh has all the technical ability and brains, but he's not yet come across big defenders who can muscle him off the ball easily, same with One, who is rapid and can outrun the best of them. A loan move to League One would allow them to adapt what they're good at against tougher opponents.

Curtis had already played in competitive games before coming to the Lane, albeit the Irish league (not a great standard), and for the Irish under 21s, so he had a slight advantage over the others in terms of meaningful experience.

I'd expect at least Peck and Marsh to go out on loan as they've been on the bench for the last two matches and barely used, or not used at all despite the midfield needing changes, where Slimane was the answer. Apparently! I'd expect One to stay in the development team until at least the January transfer window.

Benched again for Peterborough tonight.

Was only a bench player in their weekend fixture as well

Odd really, from fan comments I saw they'd rather have Curtis in

To be fair he came on at half time

They've moved from a 4atb to a 5atb. I think, if they stay with that he'll need another club in January

I thought he was one of those who might be better as a right wing back. Isn’t he supposed to be more attacking?

Think this is more to do with him not holding down a place at Peterborough than anything else. That said we are desperate for players so who knows?

In Wilder's interview, he mentioned Seriki back for in the squad for Norwich.
He said 5 are back didn't he.
But people are giving the impression some of the injuries are worse than he's letting on.
If FIVE are back though, it doesn't leave many out long term.

He actually names Seriki at around 5 mins 22 on this. I truly hope he is.

Be interesting to know what Peterborough fans think of him now he's left....hint hint cough ;)

He does. I hadn't heard that.
But, he's he talking in hypotheticals isn't he? That's not any type of confirmation, he's saying if those 5 came back the outlook would be very different.

Yeah he's possibly being obtuse - suppose we'll find out in good time 👍

We’re a bit short even when we have players back IMO, so it makes sense all-round, especially if he’s not been playing week in week out for Peterborough.

It may also give the impression in the transfer market that we are less desperate than we might be, so could help negotiations.
