Do we know why he's only been on the bench? Maybe you're right simply cos he isn't that good but seems weird they bought him to not play him much and weird we would be interested in someone who's not good enough for Toulouse.
 
Don't think it's weird we'd punt on someone like this to come in and do the old compete for The Great McBurnie's starting place

If we're too fucked to sign a starting CF, we'll sign a competer instead. Ideally young and Bosnian

And hopefully it means we're forcing Jebbison out

Give me a good reason why you would “force “ jebbison out,he’s not even 20,great potential for some “ideally young and Bosnian” ,not even played in an English league untried player ? Well I suppose your vastly superior football knowledge will get you a job with Barcelona,what a ridiculous statement.

Easy - because he won't sign a new contract and we'll lose him for fuck all, to go with Berge and Ndiaye, while he offers no guarantee whatsoever of any meaningful contribution. We can't casually accept losing all these players for fuck all, and allow them to cost us great sums in pursuit of their own juicy signing fees

Purely wasn't showing enough, I mean he was brought in as Rhys Healey was out almost all the season, but couldn't force his way into a very average side

How do you know he won’t sign a new contract ? It’s all agent talk at this time of year or any transfer window. Too many itk or “I think “ peeps on here without any substantial evidence whatsoever to back it up.
 
Only the ITK talk really but honestly, why would he sign? No fucker else is. As said, he can earn 5 or 10 times more to be someone else's sub. Next year, he's gone. So get him gone this year, and get a few million and a good sell on clause...... then use that to maybe bump our spend more towards £25-30m

The club has just extended contracts for McB, Norwood and Wes. Is it possible that they have an option to extend on Jebbo’s contract?

Get him in.
He attacks the ball with his head in the box better than McBurnie, he can also shoot better than McBurnie especially from outside the box.

The only down side is what was the opposition like and it would be nice to have seen a few chances he didn't score from.
 
Based on the brief highlights there I can see why we might take a punt on him, especially with another Bosnian here

Looks to have a good all round skillset for a CF

The big downside if we sell him... is we won't be able to play him next season.

Or watch him.
 

IMO, there's a massive chance Osula will be the better of the two anyway

But Jebbison does have the possibility to explode ala DCL. So selling now could be worth it just for the sell on clause. I'd also like to see what he can do for us next season and wouldn't want to lose him, but we have to draw a line somewhere

Have to agree, Jebbo has shown nothing so far to convince me he can become a regular premier league centre forward. It doesn't mean he won't but if all those ' giants' are circling, we need to cash in if he won't sign a new contract as he won't be in the first 11 next season. As u say any fee can be added to the transfer kitty and a sell on clause protects us if he comes good.
