Had no idea it was Brian the Blade. Women in club shop said he turns up every so often and they thought he was there today cos Kevin McCabe is at the lane.

I notice Barney chose to be selective about which part of your post he replied to, and referred only to your season ticket renewal. He was trying to be tongue in cheek when he said you're a bigger Blade than he is, but many a true word and all that. In fairness, being a bigger Blade than Barney is setting the bar limbo dancing low, so no need to get too bigheaded about it.

Your first paragraph, ignored by our resident short armed, long pocketed fellow forum member raises a good point. A couple of months ago, there was talk of protests, there was even a meeting to discuss tactics. Barney was four square behind it, from a distance of course and applauded those involved for being motivated to do something, even though nobody seemed to know what should be done and of course, nothing was.

Barney's already given his view that the fans' forum was a waste of time, when surely he could have gone along and put McCabe straight, so in the space of about 24 hours, he's missed two opportunities, he could have been there with Brian and at the fans' forum.

Surely, Barney's not just a keyboard warrior, I'd be very disappointed if he was all talk and no action.
