Don't you think Norwood is a good defender his inteception stats suggest he is.
Defending is not all about tackling and physicality we have a great defensive record this last season which is due to a number of factors
Norwood is part of that as is positional sense and football intelligence help him and us in that sphere.
Not saying he can't be improved of but stats over a season don't lie,Wilder is a great beleave in those.

Yes, I think that side of his game got better as the season went on but it remains to be seen how he'll cope in the PL when we have less of the ball. I think athleticism and ball winning ability will be required more in a lot of games. That doesn't necessarily mean Norwood won't be playing. I could see him playing at the base with an athletic type RCM next to Fleck.

Rowett took everything he did well and neutralised it better than any opposition could. He's mental to follow him

Blatantly needs to be in a footballing team, taking the ball off the defenders. He was ace at it. Chance for someone to get a very good player. But if he goes to Millwall he's unlikely to be that player.
