Spare a thought for Southend fans and club.
We are the bigger club here and they have now lost their 3 times Player of the Season.

Can't recall a player doing that for us, they all want to go and work with their representatives to pressure the club to agree the deal.
Of course I'd love our board to insist that any player in this position should submit a formal request that we allow them to leave which is then published, but that's never going to happen. Players and agents wouldn't agree to it and continue to cause problems to force a move and be a negative influence.

Leonard has shown tremendous professionalism here to be denied a move to a bigger club and keep your head down..
Not playing the bear but be a standout player shows we have a rare player here.
Wilder obviously rates him highly to keep pushing for him,fits into what Wilder is putting together.
