Honestly I didn't expect it to be full on after two games. I am hoping once the window shuts we are stronger and some of the more heads gone types roll back but unfortunately just like the people who refused to have Wilder back and never warmed up to him once people are set in their ways it takes a lot to change it.

The longer we go without strengthening the more concerned I get but I find it frustrating how many haven't had any patience at all.

We've still got 2.5 weeks of the window so I'm still hopeful

I totally get that
I thought it was wrong to sack Wilder. I said so. However now he's gone I hope Selles does well and even though things aren't going the way i hoped I don't blame him for the current situation.
What I do find confusing/ frustrating though are the ones on either side of a debate such as Wilder who draw a line in the sand and won't hear any counter arguments and are adamant they are right and won't let it drop.
This also applies to the current transfer window. In some people's minds we are screwed already, others think it's totally fine and the moaners are all bedwetters.

I'm more with the manager. I thought it was going to be fine, now I'm hoping it's going to be fine while showing signs of frustration that it's not happening in a reasonable time frame.

Could Birmingham have won by a country mile, the first we gifted them their second was a deflection, how many saves did Davies have to make. Not saying Birmingham didn't deserve to win, but
we made 10 changes to Birmingham's 6. Our replacements were mostly under 21 players, most of theirs were experienced and in the case of Doyle a £10 million player.
Yes we wasn't great but if we can get 5 or 6 ready to go Championship players in before deadline day then I wouldn't be scared of Birmingham they are certainly no Leeds and Burnley.

i respecto our gaffer ruben selles for speaking up for himself its the owners fault he doesmy have tools yo do his blades work uts like trying to chop tree down with a sponge,,give him players or we blades wont ever win again and be in freefall ,help the boss out soon because hes trying to play his new style and hes a good bloke which i can see in his heartfelt interviews its your fault owners that we cant win not ruben he has no TOOLS ,ffs nuff said,,

I've noticed in recent years a modern Internet football speak that's more focused on the process than actual results which is what the end goal should be based on.

We are seemingly getting rid of Wilder for a process that we have no idea will work or not. It's a huge gamble and the board have put their neck on the line with regards to it.

Lets hope it pays off as if it doesn't it'll be a far more toxic fall out than any blade would want. A poor start and he won't be given a chance.
