Rochdale, can our defense keep them quiet ?

Rochdale look to be scoring for fun atm. Going to be a real test for our defense.

Probably gonna need to score more than one goal in this game imho.

Yeah I heard the same from wetspam fans tother week, about our team. Dont think we should do the same to Rochdale. The form they are in atm, they could give anyone a game. Thinkin forward, could be a classic...
 
Don't think we would go to Crawley and win 4-0. I think a neutral betting man would be foolish not to stick a bet on them at 4/1.
 
They must have top top strikers up front probably worth 200 grand EACH :eek:

I'm not underestimating them if thats what you're referring to,and i agreed with you on all your OP.We went to Rochdale a couple of seasons ago and we gave them i right beating and i was never in doubt before that game that we would beat them,even Doyle got on the scoresheet that day,so the reason i was saying how low we have become to be worried about Rocdale is because this time around,us beating them is not as clear cut as it was last time.

scored 9 goals against two of the worse sides in the divsion and 2 goals in the other 4 games is it ?seemed to concede a lot. Why the worry ?

No, I think we're a better side than Rochdale. But I don't think we would go anywhere in this league and score 4 goals. They could be dangerous.
 

Honestly, on paper, we have enough in the team to keep them in our pockets. IMHO not getting complacent is the real key to Rochdale. Wetspam they are not. I trust NC will communicate this, best management team we have had in years. :cool:
 
The defence did very well at West Ham and Preston. 2 significantly harder games. I'm fairly sure that Rochdale wouldn't be too tough a task. If the reason you believe Rochdale are scoring for fun at the moment is because they won ONE game 4-0 against a team as bad as Crawley then i'm bewildered. Such a pointless thread to make in my opinion.
 
I think we all agree, we are struggling for goyals atm. Up next a team that has run in 7 in their last two outings...No I dont think its a waste of OP, yes I do think your reply is a waste, pity that.

Am I worried about Rochdale? No, I think they are probably more worried about us after an upturn in form.
What do I know though?
 
I'm comfortable admitting I'm an arsehole. Something a lot of people could do with being.

Utterly pointless speculation and wholly irrelevant to our game against Rochdale. It's a different game. Their win at Crawley is as irrelevant as our last three excellent results.

I don't think Rochdale could win at Peterborough and West Ham and draw at PNE in successive away games but that doesn't matter one jot either.

What meaningless bollocks this is! I should be surprised but.....

Why Is it meaningless bollox ? In his opinion we wont go anywhere and score 4 goals whats so hard to believe about that ?

In the context of the topic in hand (see title) it is manifestly meaningless bollocks. All but the dimmest would surely see that?

Not bollocks at all, quite realistic actually.

Last season we didn't score more than 2 goals away all season. Hell, we only scored 2 away from home twice!
