Sat in the South Stand there were quite a few phone camera lights behind and around the goal just as he was running up, same when Macca took his, I said at the time I hope they don't put him off.

Not making excuses but I don't think it helps at such a critical part of a very important game

Couldn't agree more. I can't think that having hundreds/thousands of lights suddenly shining in your eye when you're about to take a pen can help.

I had a millisecond, when I thought arhhh @!%& he messed it up the @!%&, but no he got it in and all was sound until ..... we conceded with 5 mins to go.

I certainly did from t'other end. It seemed to take and age to bounce across the goal and hit the other side of the net.

In a similar manner, the shot that hit the post I was expecting to go in off as there were a bunch of players in the way, sadly was not to be...

I really liked Blackman's penalties his confidence was great and i never thought he would miss gave goalkeeper no chance

Terrible commentary. Names all wrong, Brentford having a 2 man disadvantage at the end etc Gets the action though.

Few points, no way can Long come for that 2nd goal - that's Collins ball all the way, rubbish defending. Maguire did foul Donaldson for the 2nd Brentford pen, no idea why he did it either as Long would've got the ball comfortably.

Re the second goal, that's what I said and was roundly poo-pooed. But the video makes it clear, that was Collins' ball to lose, he got bullied by a much smaller man. Our player of the season is falling apart like a cake in a bath come crunch time, once again.
