Looked comfortable looked solid bring on rovrum 3 0 win to take to wales 3 days later 👏👏👏 👏 UTB 👍👍

Has anyone picked up on RND when we have a corner? He seems to go in the box with zero intention of winning the header and scoring a goal, his sole intention is to just push, get under the skin and cause a distraction.

I feel it’s part of our tactics and to be fair, we have scored more goals than usual from corners this season.

He absolutely loves a scrap on a corner.

He had his best game for us in the second leg of the plays offs at the City Ground, and he's brought that intensity and level of performance into this season. He's been our most reliable and most consistent player all season. Well done to the lad. Keep it up.

Top player. Since he broke into the side his mentality has been unbelievable. Always faces up attackers and bullies and harasses them. His positioning at LWB was always the obvious first thing to be aware of: always high, pressing as far as he can, taking time away from the opponent and leaving himself in prime position to counter when the ball turns over. His opponent is often having to resort to hoofing the ball or heading back their own goal due to this positioning. They rarely get a run at RND when he plays LWB. This is despite him being not blessed with incredible pace. This this is a massive sign of how cerebral and ballsy this guy is: he understands the game, his own limitations and has the bollocks to play on the front foot anyway. Most players would drop back to counter their relative lack of recovery pace which is the worst thing to do. There isn't a wide player he's come up against that has had the better of him over the course of a match as his tenacity, reading of the game and positioning is too good.
The only real area of significant improvement is at LWB - when he reaches the final third. He need to interchange and make those runs to the bye line more quickly and positively. At LCB he's been a revelation and his understanding of that role is improving all the time.

After Norwood's fuckup it was noticeable that it was RND who ran the entire length of the pitch + overtook Lowe in order to get himself back defending our goal-line behind Wes ... The guy is putting in monumental effort + his performances reflect it.

Fittest and most physically committed footballer in the squad. Bash has been pushed into second spot.

I imagine he's almost guaranteed a spot in the Wales squad, but I hope playing LCB regularly for us instead of LWB isn't going to affect his spot in the Wales team. On current form you'd imagine theyd have to find a place for him

Every match I seem to say "that's the best I've seen RND play". He's getting better and better

Long term I really think he could make the lcb role his, he’s really settled in well with it.

When he moved back to lwb he was equally as good. He’s surprisingly rapid as well and seems to be getting better offensively as well as defensively. Made a lot of good challenges today and used the ball well.

He’s really starting to show that ability he has week in week out…
